    New Online Therapy Service… “Meeting your needs in the safety of your environment”.

    The Counselling Room will now offer an online therapy service which uses a secure video link; enabling individuals to access talking therapy where face-to-face meetings would not be possible. The Counselling Room uses a platform called ‘Zoom’ which is simple to use and has a high standard of data security which, makes it more confidential than some other services. For Zoom sessions to be effective, it will be important that you are able to access a private space with no interruptions so that confidentiality can be maintained in our work.     Coronavirus (COVID-19)

    In response to the current risk from Coronavirus (COVID-19) the Counselling Room (www.counsellingroom.co.uk) continues to observe official guidance from the Government, NHS and the BACP. Due to the varying nature of regional lockdowns, face to face counselling is on hold. *This page will be regularly updated to reflect any changes.
