In response to the current risk from Coronavirus (COVID-19) the Counselling Room (www.counsellingroom.co.uk) continues to observe official guidance from the Government, NHS and the BACP.
Guidance permitting, all face to face therapy will commence from mid October 2020.
This is a time of uncertainty and it is natural to experience feelings that are uncomfortable including; anxiety and low mood.
